In January of 2024, Dean was hired as Northern College\u2019s Senior Vice President, Academic. Raised in a family of educators committed to life-long learning and appreciative of the transformative power of education, Dean\u2019s own learning journey has seen him earn an undergraduate degree in History, a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education (B.Ed.), a Master of Education degree (M.Ed.) in Curriculum Development\/Leadership and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
