• Communication Management: March 2 (8:30 am – 12 pm)
• Mental Health in the Workplace: March 21 (8:30 am – 12 pm)
• Advanced Supervisory Management: March 23 (8:30 am – 4 pm)
• Effective Decision Making: March 27 (8:30 am – 12 pm)
• Time Management: March 27 (1 pm – 4 pm)
• Conflict Management: March 28 (8:30 am – 12 pm)
• Customer Service Excellence: March 28 (1 pm – 4 pm)

Delivery and Important Information

This program will be delivered virtually.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada i.e. Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Naturalized Canadian Citizen or Protected Person (without conditions)
• Resident of Ontario (preference will be given to those who reside within Northeastern Ontario)
• Self-declaration as a member from a designated group is voluntary and highly encouraged.
