This program will include workshops designed specifically for the customer service sector while providing you with the essential skills for today’s workforce.
Courses include:
- Communication Management: March 2 (8:30 am – 12 pm)
- Mental Health in the Workplace: March 21 (8:30 am – 12 pm)
- Advanced Supervisory Management: March 23 (8:30 am – 4 pm)
- Effective Decision Making: March 27 (8:30 am – 12 pm)
- Time Management: March 27 (1 pm – 4 pm)
- Conflict Management: March 28 (8:30 am – 12 pm)
- Customer Service Excellence: March 28 (1 pm – 4 pm)
Delivery and Important Information
This program will be delivered virtually.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Canada i.e. Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Naturalized Canadian Citizen or Protected Person (without conditions)
- Resident of Ontario (preference will be given to those who reside within Northeastern Ontario)
- Self-declaration as a member from a designated group is voluntary and highly encouraged.
