With the new organizational models, along with sites across the glove, leaders must maintain successful team performance through engagement, effective communication and managing challenges such as distance, time zones, and diversity. Leading virtual teams course will enable participants to shift and adapt current leadership practices to the virtual environment as well as build confidence and competence to work with others in a trusting, dynamic, engaging, and collaborative manner.
