Lean Healthcare White Belt is perfect for Healthcare professionals who are looking to increase their knowledge of Lean concepts. This includes front-line clinical and professional staff, physicians, directors and managers. Our 4-hour Lean Healthcare White Belt training is designed to deliver a comprehensive introduction to Lean and the key elements needed to successfully implement Lean within a healthcare environment.

The program helps to educate and involve all healthcare employees in their organization’s efforts to improve process efficiencies and eliminate waste. The program is an excellent way to train staff as part of a change management or awareness initiative for Lean implementation.

This training entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leader members to Category II credits towards their maintenance of certification requirement.
