Room for rent in desired neighborhood, on a bus route, near the Timmins Square mall. The room is available for October 1st as we will be away for part of September. Students will have access to a bathroom (almost exclusive use) as well as shared living room/tv space and kitchen. Laundry room available for use. Rent is all inclusive at $550/mth. May consider a 2nd student (additional nominal rent) however, students would be required to share a double bed in the room shown in photos.
