Mel Young is an experienced educational leader with over 15 years in K–12 and postsecondary education. As an Educational Developer at Cambrian College, Mel leads innovative initiatives that support high-quality, engaging learning experiences across disciplines. Her work focuses on future-ready curriculum development, faculty development, and the integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, into teaching and learning. A passionate advocate for lifelong learning and equity in education, Mel regularly collaborates with faculty, administrators, and community partners to prepare students for a rapidly changing world.
