Using OER’s, Publisher Resources, and Learning Materials offered through our Learning Resource Centre.
This workshop will provide a high-level overview of resources available through Open Educational Resources, Publishers, and the Learning Materials offered through our Learning Resource Centre. OER Experts will introduce the use of OERs and best practices for use in post-secondary education. Publisher representatives from Nelson/Cengage and McGraw Hill will showcase some of their online tools and provide tips and tricks for utilizing educational technology in your courses. Faculty volunteers will demonstrate how they have used OERs in their online courses.
