• Directs the management and administration of data required in the EOIS-CaMS, CATS, and the ESMS-SPM;
• Monitors wage subsidy expenditures and training support allowances in Employment Services.
• Plans and conducts regular weekly/monthly meetings with staff;
• Oversees the effective and efficient delivery of the Employment Services and
• Liaises with employers, government agencies, and a variety of community, social, Indigenous and educational partners.

• Conduct in-person or virtual initial registration interviews and collect all necessary documentation from clients;
