  • Completion of secondary school education, or equivalent;

    • Experience operating a diamond drill;
    • Experience in a surface and underground drilling environment;
    • Experience troubleshooting mechanical issues;
    • Experience training/leading/supervising new employees; and
  • Successful completion of the following modules is required
    • U0669 Follow Surface Diamond Drill Induction Procedures;
    • U0652 Work Safely in a Surface Diamond Drilling Environment;
    • U0653 Operate Hand and Power Tools;
    • U0668 Protect the Natural Environment; and
    • U0670 Perform General Lock Out / Tag out on Prime Movers and Other relations Equipment.

  • Assist with transcript and credential requests through MyCreds, including functioning as the first point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting, and requests.
  • Review transcripts and credentials to ensure information is accurate by referring to written procedures/guiding documents;
  • Coordinate and perform timely preparation, collation and distribution of all graduation documents within the college and to partner institutions for convocation ceremonies, mailing, campus pick-up or electronic release;
  • Back up for Support Officer with administrative tasks which may include: managing calendars, visa reconciliation, travel arrangements and handling invoices; and
  • Provide support services for the organization of events related to Admissions and the Registrar’s Office, such as campus tours, trade shows, convocation, etc.
