This course will consider all ways to recognize organizational behaviour as an important part of everyday life. It will provide the context for understanding Organizational Behaviour in the Canadian workplace and present the many Canadian contributions to the field. It will also emphasize that organizational behaviour is for everyone, from the subordinate employee to the CEO, as well as anyone who has to interact with others within an organization to accomplish a task.
