Through discussions, self-exploration, and reflection, you will be shining a light on how your work-life balance is working for you, your personal life, and overall performance satisfaction.

Work-life balance means something a little different to everyone, with no magic remedy to suit all. However, with our lives constantly changing, we deserve to regularly revisit how we prioritize our time and energy and examine changes and new strategies we may want to implement

About the Speaker

Anne-Denise Mejaki is a bilingual, creative, enthusiastic communications professional with extensive experience in Employment Readiness, Labour Adjustment initiatives, as well as delivering workplace professional development training. She has a solid background in multicultural interactions and community development projects, including client assessments, training programs development and workshops facilitation. Her instruction style is very individualized, with a focus on all trainees developing a sense of personal awareness in view of identifying areas in which they want to grow, while celebrating their strengths and abilities. Trainees are assured of a safe, respectful, fun-filled experience while developing a sense of confidence, vision and self-esteem.

In recent years, her career has led her to enjoy facilitating professional development workshops in the Kivalliq district of Nunavut, where she has embraced the culture, the people and her personal growth, which she refers to as “a beautiful layer of life”. Anne-Denise resides in New Liskeard Ontario with her husband Tim of 45 years, and also works as a Professional Artist and Wedding Officiant.
