Learning Resource Centres – Operations Update (Labour Interruption)

The Learning Resource Centres at the Haileybury, Kirkland Lake and Timmins campuses have modified their hours due to the current labour interruption. Services have also been modified, listed below are the services that will/will not be available, along with the hours of operations. Please note that the hours of operation are subject to change.

Available Services:

• Book loans
• Printing
• Room bookings

Unavailable Services:

• Laptop loans
• Individual student invigilation
• Tutor matching support

Tutoring Update:

• If students have already been matched with a tutor may continue with their tutoring sessions.
• Tutors who are actively working should continue submitting their hours as instructed.

Academic Integrity Violations:

• Faculty may continue to identify and report Academic Integrity Violations, however they will not be reviewed or reconciled until the end of the labour disruption.

 

Haileybury Campus (also open to the public):

Thursday, September 11, 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm

Friday, September 12, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Saturday, September 13, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

 

Starting week of September 15:

Monday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Tuesday:8:00 am to 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Friday, Sept 12: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Friday: Sept 19, 26 and October 2: Closed

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Sunday: Closed
