Our beginner to intermediate yoga classes are open to everyone regardless of fitness level or experience. Registration cost is for 8 classes that run every Monday (once a week for 8 weeks) from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.

Regular yoga practice and the relaxation techniques incorporated in yoga may lessen chronic pain, such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome. It may also lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia.

  • improved respiration, energy and vitality
  • maintaining a balanced metabolism
  • weight reduction
  • cardio and circulatory health
  • improved athletic performance
  • protection from injury

Regular yoga practice can also promote mental clarity and calmness; increase body awareness; relieve chronic stress patterns; relax the mind; center attention; and sharpen concentration.

Yoga etiquette:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your yoga class to get a space where you feel most comfortable.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, yoga mat (and any other props you may want (blanket, small pillow, strap, block, etc.).
