Make Payment Using Canadian Banking
Use this option if you are currently in Canada and paying from a Canadian bank account.
If you are making your payment from within Canada, you can use online banking.
Please set up Northern College as a payee and use your Student ID as the account number.
Payments made this way typically take about 5 business days to reach us. Please allow sufficient time to avoid missing the deadlines.
Online payments are accepted from the five major banks: CIBC, BMO, RBC, Scotiabank, and TD.
Note: We do not accept online payments from Credit Unions or Caisse Populaires.
Make Payment From Outside of Canada with Flywire
We accept the non-refundable tuition deposit payments from international students outside of Canada through our international payment portal powered by Flywire for students with an ICICI Bank account.
Important Dates
- Deposit (Domestic Students): Non-refundable Deposit, is due by June 15 for Fall intake, November 15 for Winter intake and March 30 for Summer intake.
- Full Tuition & Fees (New Domestic Students & All Returning Students): Full payment of remaining tuition and fees are due before Day 10 of the semester (except those with OSAP or approved payment plans). After Day 10, a late fee of $150 is applied to any accounts with outstanding fees due.
- New International Students: Tuition and fee payments are due by the dates provided in your Letter of Acceptance.
Please review the deadlines outlined in your confirmation letter to ensure you save your spot with us and to avoid late fees.
