Room for Rent to Students in Haileybury Across from the Lake

We have 2 of our 3 rooms still available to non smoking, female students. Both of the rooms are a good size and one of the rooms has a great view of the lake. All bedrooms have a lock. Everything is included in the price (Wifi, heating, electricity, and even laundry). Both rooms come with a bed (one is a double and the other is a queen), nightstand, dresser, desk and chair. One is $625/month and the other is $650/month (larger bed and lake view). There is an extra freezer for students as well. There is a TV in the living room with Netflix, Prime & Crave for students to use. Please ask for more pictures if you are interested or come by to see it.
