Included in Residence Rooms

Rooms at the Timmins Campus Residence include a single bed, desk, chair, lamp, closet, and drawers; as well as a private three-piece washroom in every unit.

The residence offers a large common kitchen with five cooking stations, laundry facilities, lounges with cable television and a games room.

Residence includes free wi-fi internet.

Live in residence and enjoy being just steps away from your classes and all the college amenities.

Rates for Apprenticeship Terms

Summer 2024 Regular Term: May 3, 2024 to August 17, 2024	$2,800.00 payable on or before April 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.	$2,800.00 payable in four (4) installments of $700.00 due on or before April 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. $700.00 due on or before May 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. $700.00 due on or before June 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. $700.00 due on or before July 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
Winter 2025 Regular Term: January 4, 2025 to April 25 2025	$3,190.00 due November 11, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. or if accepted after November 11, 2024 payment is due immediately.	$3,290.00 payable in two (2) installements: $2,000.00 on or before November 11, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. $1,290.00 on or before January 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
