Your time in Residence will be one of the most memorable and rewarding aspects of your academic career at Northern. Staying in residence will surely be a unique and valuable experience that will serve as a special part of your post-secondary education.
Our residence team will support and guide you during your stay and help ensure you have an enjoyable and successful time at Northern.

Included in Residence Rooms
All residence applications are subject to a $100 non-refundable application fee.
Rooms at the Timmins Campus Residence include a single bed, desk, chair, lamp, closet, and drawers, as well as a private three-piece washroom in every unit.
The residence offers a large common kitchen with five cooking stations, laundry facilities, lounges with cable television and a games room.
The residence includes free wi-fi internet.
Live in residence and enjoy being just steps away from your classes and all the college amenities.
Early move-ins and late move-outs will need to be approved and are subject to $35/per day.
