Parking at Northern College

Thanks for visiting our campuses! Parking is enforced at our Haileybury, Kirkland Lake, and Timmins Campuses through HotSpot Parking.

All vehicles parked at these campuses must have a valid parking permit, Hotspot session, or a ticket issued from the parking kiosk. All vehicles without a valid form of parking pass will be ticketed. Fire routes and accessible parking spaces are strictly enforced at all times.

Parking at our Moosonee Campus is free.

Notice: Permit sales for Fall 2023 at Timmins, Kirkland Lake and Haileybury Campuses will open on September 1st through the parking permit provider HotSpot Parking: https://htsp.ca/.

Parking Passes, Rates & Payments

HotSpot Parking

You can pay for parking on your mobile device online through using the HotSpot website or app available from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

All you need is your license plate information, the meter number 8888 and your debit/credit card.

Your parking pass is completely virtual and there is nothing to display in your vehicle.

Please direct support queries and technical issues to HotSpot Parking at support@htsp.ca or 1-855-712-5888. The app also features a section for parking ticket disputes. Such issues will no longer be addressed in-house as our provider does offer 24/7 support.

Parking Rates

Daily	$5.00	Available online and at the kiosk
Monthly	$60.50	Online only through the HotSpot parking app (valid for 1 month from the date of purchase)
Fall Semester	$121.00	Online only through the HotSpot parking app (valid from October 1 to December 31, 2023)
Winter & Summer Semester	$181.50	Online only through the HotSpot parking app (valid from the date of purchase to either April 30 or August 31, 2024, depending on the purchase date)
Annual	$252.00	Online only through the HotSpot parking app (valid from October 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024)
