Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP)
The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has published new PGWP eligibility requirements for international students who have applied for a study permit on or after November 1, 2024.
This opportunity for international students allows them to live and work in Canada for up to three years after graduation.
College students who apply for their study permit on or after November 1, 2024 must graduate from a study program linked to certain occupations in long-term shortage to be eligible for the PGWP program.

Please note, IRCC made significant changes of the PGWP eligible program list on June 25, 2025. The college is verifying and updating our PGWP program list to align with the IRCC changes. Once the update is done, the information will be published below.
