Our International Student Advising team is here to help you understand and navigate all the services available at Northern College and in the community.
We offer one-on-one or group support where you can ask questions in confidence about your personal or academic pathways and/or concerns.
Our support services range from helping you become familiar with studying in Canada to providing resources to help you reach your personal and academic goals.
Our Advisors can help you with specific topics related to being an international student including, study and work permits, registration, health insurance benefits, leave of absenses, graduation letters, extentions and much more.
International Student Advisors can help you with other general immigration information and provide guidance on navigating the Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website.
There is also opportunties for cultural sharing and networking events with community agencies, including multi-cultural organizations.
