Day 10 of each semester is the final date to:
- Full payment of tuition and fees. A late fee of $150 will be applied to any accounts with outstanding fees after this date.
- Apply for Advanced Standing: Transfer Credit, Prior Learning Assessment & Recognition (PLAR), Challenge Exam
- Apply for program admission/transfer to College or Campus
- Add courses
- Transfer from Course Audit to Course Credit Standing or from Course Credit to Audit
- Program Withdrawal with a refund of tuition fees
- Course Withdrawal with no record on transcript: after Day 10, the transcript will indicate “W” without failure for course withdrawals until the Academic Penalty Withdrawal Deadline. The Academic Penalty Withdrawal Deadline is the final date to withdraw with the transcript indicating “W” without failure. After this date, the transcript will indicate “F” for an unsuccessful course completion. For more information, please see section 3.4 of the Student Handbook.
