Your final semester is underway, and the end is in sight. Graduating is a great accomplishment and we look forward to celebrating with you at our ceremonies.

Important: You must register to graduate and attend your ceremony. Registration will be available in your Student Portal Account from February 2 until March 15, 2026.

All graduates must apply to graduate and register to attend your ceremony.

Registration will be open from Monday, February 2 to Sunday, March 15, 2026 in your Student Portal Account under Request Forms.

Timelines for Delivery of Official Graduation Documents from the Office of the Registrar

2-4 Weeks for Delivery

After the Final Day of Exams, Placement, or Co-op, grades are submitted by professors, reviewed, and recorded.

Unofficial Transcripts, including grades, become available in your Student Account.

For Post-Graduate Work Permit Applications, Completion Letters on your Student Portal will be available.

Production of Official Graduation documents (i.e. Transcript, Diploma, Completion Letter, and others).

For Post-Graduate Work Permit Applications, Official Transcripts in MyCreds will be available.

Review and Packaging of all Officially printed Graduation Documents.

Official Graduation documents are mailed out (with the exception of June graduation, which will be presented at graduation or mailed out up to one week after the ceremony)

Please expect a minimum of 2-4 weeks
for delivery within Canada.
