All residence applications are subject to a $100 non-refundable application fee.
Rooms at the Timmins Campus Residence include a single bed, desk, chair, lamp, closet, and drawers, as well as a private three-piece washroom in every unit.
The residence offers a large common kitchen with five cooking stations, laundry facilities, lounges with cable television and a games room.
The residence includes free wi-fi internet.
Live in residence and enjoy being just steps away from your classes and all the college amenities.
Early move-ins and late move-outs will need to be approved and are subject to $35/per day.
